Breath work is my secret weapon in my integrative and functional approach to healing from emotional trauma
and working through grief. You lie down, you breathe, your worries, pain and stress goes away.  It really is that simple
and that profound.
It is the closest I have got to my greatest teacher - my body and plant medicine. I continue to experience an expansion
of awareness, shattering of internal blocks, and dissolution of tensions, so powerful that I wanted to find a way to
share this practice with people like you who can't have a private session with me.

Breath work is a highly effective tool for moving energy and purging traumas, anxieties and resentments that have
lodged in our nervous system. This clears space in the mind and allows love to grow in the heart.

Your softest, wisest, and most intuitive self is waiting just beneath the breath with a boat load of answers.

The first time I did breath work, I was sure I would not survive and then my lip started twitching, I was laughing and crying and groaning all at the same time.experienced an expansion of awareness, shattering of internal blocks, and dissolution of tensions so powerful that he knew he had to share this practice with the world.

The class was a full sixty minutes and it felt like 5, and why was my body so happy and alive? How could just breathing calm my nervous system down so fast that I slept like a baby for the first time in years and I felt sooooo relaxed and blissed out even though I got more done the next day than I normally did in a week.

Those side effects are typical of breath work: time ceases to exist, your body does new things, and you let all kinds of crap you don't even know is buried in your body go in what seems like just a few minutes. By breathing. JUST breathing.

Breathwork is one part sitting or lying down and two parts breathing, while a trusty guide like myself safely walks you through the process. It sounds *so* simple, but it’s the most powerful form of healing I’ve ever done.

Year after year, our experiences build upon one another, storing imprints in the body and in the nervous system.

I spent a lifetime in the field of life's hard knocks getting my PhD on how to holistically heal from narcissistic abuse and emotional trauma and attachment wounds so that you don't have to spend another moment suffering from physical pain and disease or mental anguish of shame, heartache, and betrayal.

Rather than you sifting through all the neuroscience research and countless books, not to mention attending weekend workshops and trainings for years on end (like I did!), I can give you what I’ve found to be THE MOST essential pieces to understand why you feel the way you feel, what causes you to feel anxiety, chronic stress or depression so you can learn to live pain-free and empowered to handle any challenge or trigger with focus and clarity. When you can get to the root cause of the original trauma at the level of Your Nervous System, your body can release and rebalance, co-regulate so you attract loving relationships, spiritual connection, and abundance.

I am on a heart-led mission to help people to claim their power by understanding their physical bodies better. To be their own medicine by working compassionately with their unique body intelligence.

Most of us have inherited our familial trauma and beliefs and we have also culturally been programmed by Dr. Whitecoat’s DSM outdated diagnoses and big pharma to be afraid of our own bodies, to not trust our “guts” and to believe that there's nothing we can do.

Over my 25+ years working in alternative health, and healing from my own chronic conditions including an inoperable brain tumor, I've learned that it is just not true. Modern science in the field of epigenetics, heart maths, and neuroscience has finally caught up with what the ancient texts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Shamanism have always known. That our bodies at a cellular level are speaking to us constantly. That we are part of the Universal nervous system, the anima of the animis. That every organ, endocrine, and body part has its own consciousness, every molecule of a specific emotion.

Subconsciously you have always known that your body is your greatest, consciousness facilitator. That it speaks to you in metaphors and if you listen closely to where you have spent a lifetime defending and suppressing emotions and hiding your authentic self, you will finally heal at the emotional root cause of every ache, pain or disease.

I am committed to facilitate a deeper level of authentic healing in the world that brings lasting change.
